CORE VALUES
Harmony, Connection, Joy, Love, & Forgiveness
What is it like to work with me?
I love teaching Baby & Me Yoga because I believe that having a space for moms to be able to take time for themselves to pause, breath and move with intention, while still being able to be present and care for their children, is so incredibly important. I love teaching yoga and I love babies, so what could be better?
Why this work?
Attending Baby & Me Yoga was so incredibly helpful after I had my daughter, Luisa. It built up my confidence in being able to leave the house with her, which I struggled with in the beginning. It was so amazing to engage in a group activity where interruptions are welcomed and expected. Yoga helps me as a mother to be more patient and present. It also made me realize that moms doing yoga is entertainment for their babies. Babies love to watch the body movements and see new faces, so I believe that yoga helps both mom and baby.
